Kind, compassionate, communicative, friendly, these see just a few words to describe the wonderful folks at Caliber on C st. Their customer service and quality of work, far exceed all expectations. I can’t rave enough about how stress free and satisfying my experience had been. It all started with a wonderful woman named Misti, whom answered my call with such kindness and professionalism and an eagerness to make sure I was set up and well taken care of. She exhibited the most amazing customer service interaction I’ve ever had in my life. After dropping off my vehicle, I was then kept up to date through text, an option I chose for communication, about the status of my vehicle. Brian was superb and amazing with the communication. I always knew what was going on with my vehicle and had a clear timeline and all of my questions were promptly answered and explained in a way that I could easily understand. They even had my vehicle ready days earlier than anticipated. Now let’s talk about when I picked up my vehicle…. WOW! And I mean WOW!!! Got a simple run down of the work that was done. Misti and Brian both walked out with me to view my vehicle. The work was flawless!!! I’ve had body work done in the past but I’ve never seen work like this! My vehicle looked like it just came out of a showroom. I was so pleased. I can’t express enough gratitude. You would think I was done with feeling the “wow” but then I got into my vehicle. So, I felt bad that my car was so messy when I dropped it off. Y’all, I almost cried when I got in. My car was immaculate. It looked and smelled brand new. They did not have to do that. I definitely never expected anything like that. Talk about going above and beyond. I know I’ve said a lot, but this is an experience I will never forget. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! So the next time my vehicle gets wrecked, I won’t be wrecked, because I”ve got the team at Caliber on C st.

I highly recommend Caliber! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. It's never easy navigating the insurance and they walked me through the process. My car was completed in a timely manner and looked amazing both inside and out. The staff here goes over and above. It's refreshing to deal with a company/employees who has a strong work ethic.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision for auto body repair! From the moment I dropped off my car, their team kept me informed with excellent communication. Jeff & Misty and anyone I interacted with were friendly, professional, and helpful. When I picked up my car, I was blown away—it was spotless, detailed, and looked brand new. The crew at Caliber Collision did a fantastic job at keeping me updated throughout the process of my car repairs. I was rear ended, the back end of my car looks better now than when I first got it. They did a great job, looks better than new. I was also very pleased to see they had spent some time detailing/cleaning the inside of my vehicle which is awesome, because my car needed it!
